Amber Noel Sexton

Amber Noel Sexton, age 34, of Kingsport, TN, left us far too soon on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Norma Ruth and Samuel C. Sexton; her maternal grandfather, Billy Gibson; and several great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

Although Amber's life was marked by challenges and seasons of distance, she will be remembered for the bright moments she brought to those around her. She was known for her sense of humor, her ability to make others laugh, and the joy she found in fishing and hunting. Above all, her greatest joy in life was her children, and nothing brought her more happiness than seeing their smiles and spending time with them.

Those left to cherish Amber's memory include her children, Autumn and Colton Smith, and their father, Michael Smith; her parents, Lora Gibson and Joseph Sexton; her sister, Ashley Hicks; her brothers, Joseph Sexton and wife, Misty, Justin Sexton and wife, Jamie, and Cody Roark and wife, Sydney; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, but we take comfort in knowing that Amber is reunited with her beloved grandparents and other family members who went before her.
