April Dawn Webb, 40, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023.
April grew up in Pennington Gap, Virginia, but resided in Kingsport. April had two sons, Jacob Webb and Skylar Webb. She also had dear friends who loved her and will miss her deeply.
