Arthur "Oatmeal" William Olterman Jr., 67, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
He loved to ride his Harley. Arthur will be missed dearly.
He is survived by his children, Travis Olterman (Nellie), Arthur Olterman (Maryann), and Joseph Olterman (Monice); grandchildren, Kalyn, Gracie, Sarah, Nathan, Brittany, Autumn, Joseph, Carlee, and Ryland; sister, Kimberly Sells; and an abundance of great-grandchildren.
