Billy Glenn Blizzard

Billy Glenn Blizzard, 61, of Surgoinsville, Tennessee, passed away on July 11, 2026.

Billy enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved listening to music, riding motorcycles, fishing, and, most of all, spending time with his grandchildren. He will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the memories he created with those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorman and Ann Blizzard, and his brother, Dennis Blizzard.

Billy is survived by his sister, Sandra Mullinax of Sanford, North Carolina; his daughters, Tabatha Ewing of Church Hill, Tennessee, Sarah Blizzard of Church Hill, Tennessee, and Emily Odom and her husband, Landon, of Gray, Tennessee; his son, Brandon Blizzard and his wife, Karalyne, of Rogersville, Tennessee; the mother of his children, Tonia Blizzard; his cherished grandchildren, Cheyenne, Alexa, Kimberly, Nevaeh, Noah, Ethan, Nixon, and Emma-Kate; and his great-grandchildren, Jaxton and Xander.

Billy's family will forever treasure the time they shared with him and the memories that will continue to live on in their hearts.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 5pm at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Hwy 11W, Mt. Carmel, TN. A celebration of life will follow.
