Bobbie Jo Lacey

Bobbi Jo Lacey, Elizabethton, was born June 15, 1981 and her spirit was released on March 18th , 2026 at the age of 44. She passed unexpectedly at the Johnson City Medical Center due complications after a brain bleed.

Bobbi was born in Show Low, AZ, but spent the majority of her life in Carter county, TN. Bobbi spent most of her life as a homemaker, but had notable periods of waitressing at Perkins restaurant in Johnson City and at the Mayflower in Elizabethton.

Bobbi was a lover of animals of all sizes, and had three beautiful kitties named Aries, October and Ms. Kitty at the time of her passing. Bobbi loved 90s music like Tool and Stevie Nicks, and enjoyed spending summer days relaxing at the lake. Her favorite vacation spot was visiting the beach just to feel the sand between her toes and hear the gentle roar of the ocean.

Bobbi was preceded in death by her parents Guy A Peterson and Brenda Lee Peterson, her Grandparents Bobbie Lee Hughes, and Alma Lee Hughes, and her beloved dog Oscar Bleu.

Survivors include her husband, Jeremy Wayne Lacey, and children Sophia Peterson, Mason Peterson, Xander, Axle and Phoenix Cook.

Private Funeral arrangements will be made by the family.

Donations to the East Tennessee Spay and Neuter in lieu of flowers will be accepted in her honor.
