Brandy Lou Mallory

Brandy Lou Mallory, 48, of Surgoinsville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

Originally born in Kansas, Brandy moved to Kingsport as a young girl and spent the rest of her life in northeast Tennessee. She was a loving and devoted mother to her daughters, Brittanie, Madison, and Kylie, who knew her as "Mama Bear." She was also a loving daughter. Her best friend was her dog, Ryan.

Brandy is preceded in death by her father, Glenn Toney; grandmother, Helen Bullock.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Brittanie Toney, Madison Mallory and Kylie Smith; mother, Vicky Toney; grandsons, Dallas Morgan and Axel Morgan; one grandpet, Pootie Louise; lots of friends.
