Carl R. Saurer, Jr.

Carl R. Saurer, Jr., 67, of Chuckey, TN, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born in Illinois and had been a resident of Chuckey, TN since 2011. His favorite things were riding motorcycles and camping in Florida during the winter. Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Carl R. Saurer, Sr. and Violet Saurer; and sisters, Judy Saurer and Shirley Erfft. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Ginger Saurer; daughters, Christine Elizabeth Sykes (Chris), of Bluff City, TN, and Carrie Innis (Sean) of Ottawa, IL; five grandchildren, Dillon Siejka, Austin Siejka, Nicholas Hahn, Alexia Innis and Gabriel Innis; sister, Paricia DuBois, of Burbank, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
