Carlos Leon Gregg II

Carlos Leon Gregg II 47 of Piney Flats, TN. Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was self employed and worked doing home remodels and maintenance work. He was a life long resident of the Piney Flats area. He was preceded in death by his Father, Carlos Gregg, his fraternal grandparents, Isaac and Oneida Gregg, His maternal grandparents, James Estep and Inez Scoggins, one niece Kinley Leonard and one great nephew Holden Folkner.

Left to cherish his memory are his children Katelynn Gregg, and Dylan Gregg, his mother, Becky Gregg, his sister Julie Mosberg and Brian, brother, Jonathan Leonard and wife Amanda.

Aunts and Uncles include Chris Estep and wife Nene, Jeannie Sossoman and husband Bobby, Malinda Leonard, Craig Estep, David Lee Estep, Sylvia Haworth, David Gregg and Lisa and Grant Gregg.

Nieces and Nephew include Corinne Mosrie and husband Adel, Sarah Barker and Cody Miller, Kole Leonard, Colten Vanover and Addie Grace Vanover.

Great nieces and nephews are Sydnee Barker, Dawson Stai, Kashton Mosrie and Waylon Miller.

Carlos is also survived by numerous cousins that he loved and cherished.

Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home is in charge of his services. The family would like to thank the nursing staff of ICU 4 and the comfort care team at Bristol Regional Medical Center for all their support and care.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and friends.
