Charles Hope

Charles Raymond Hope, 54, of Bristol, VA, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020. Charles worked for housing maintenance in Bristol for many years. He was a very good man and would give you the shirt off his back if you asked. Charles loved to tattoo and was very talented in this craft. He had a love for cats and you could always find him with a smile on his face no matter the situation. Many described Charles as a wonderful friend with a heart of gold. He was a jokester and loved to make people laugh. Most of all, he loved his children and his godchildren with his whole heart. He is preceded in death by his mother Irene Richmond-Hope. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Jeanette Hope; 3 wonderful daughters Emily, Brianna, and Gabriela Lasher-Hope; sister Deborah (Tony) Bennett; sister in law Stacy Lasher; father Gerald Hope; and godchildren Shaniqua, James and Denise Bennett.
