Charles Woodrow Shipley Jr.

Charles W. "Chuck" Shipley, Jr, 65, of Bristol, TN died peacefully at home from a long-term illness. He was born in Fort Meade, MD to the late Anne R. and Charles W. Shipley. He was a graduate of Bristol Tennessee High (Class of 1978). He was a member at First Baptist in Bristol, VA. Survivors include two sisters, Debbie Travers(Tim) and Gale Shipley, his sister-in-law, Penny Beckerman and her son Steve Beckerman, Steve's wife Kristy and their two children. He was preceeded in death by his wife, Peggy, and his parents Anne and Charles Shipley.

Chuck and our family are in the care of Trinity Memorial Centers. Chuck will be buried beside the love-of-his-life, Peggy in Glenwood Cemetery. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude in memory of our brother, Chuck.
