Charlette Dawson Phillips

Charlotte Dawson Phillips 77 of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord, on Monday June 29, 2026, at Holston Valley Medical Center, after a lengthy illness. Charlotte was born September 13,1948, to the late Virginia Dawson Fancher and stepfather Gerald Fancher. A graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School, Charlotte retired from Eastman Chemical Company with 25+ years of service. She married the love of her life Kenneth Phillips who preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memory include her sister Teresa (Mitchell) Maness, nephew Justin Maness, and several cousins.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Phil Crawford, Linda Crigger, Dennis Camp, Joe and Kim Phillips for their support during this difficult time, It was deeply appreciated.

Her wishes were to be cremated and burial will be at the Mountain Home Cemetery at a later date.
