He is preceded in death by his father, John Mitchell Burke; brother, David Lee Fitzpatrick Jr; grandmother, Catherine Newmier, grandfather, Joaquin Francis Santos; aunt, Catherine Ann Santos; uncles, Joaquin Francis Santos Jr, John Santos.
He is survived by his daughter, Olivia Leigh Burke and her mother Lianna Burke; mother, Veronica Vendetti; aunt, Patricia Monica Santos; uncle, Richard Santos.
Services will be private.
