Connie Jean Luster Franklin, 68, passed away at unexpectedly on Thursday, September 19, 2019 into the loving arms of her dear Lord and Savior. Connie is survived by her daughter, Chasity Alvis; son, Chad Alvis; one brother, Mike Luster; three sisters, Gail Hammonds, Sheila Pless and Michelle Trent; one granddaughter, Taylor Blanken; and three grandsons, Zachary Spangler, Alex Rose and Cason Groves. The family would like to say a special thank you to the nurses at Holston Valley Hospital Intensive Care Unit for their special care.
