Craig Charles Bryant

Craig Charles Bryant, 71, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on December 7, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Craig was born on May 3, 1954, in Ottumwa, Iowa, to Eleanor Edwards Bryant and Charles Ismael Bryant.

He joined the Navy in 1972 and served until his honorable discharge in 1978.

Craig loved traveling and sightseeing and enjoyed camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family. Above all, Craig loved his children, and anyone who knew him knew how deeply he cared for them. In recent years, Craig returned to Kansas, where he was once again surrounded by family.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty (Buckner); children, Jessica (Andrew), Justin, and Meghan; stepchildren, David (Alethea) and Katie; grandchild, Ava; sister, Carol (Greg); and nieces and nephews Michael (Stacy), Sarah (Haley), Bryan (Sarah), Hannah (Kris), Maggie, and Ellen.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eleanor and Charles.

Craig was cremated, and his ashes will be scattered in accordance with his wishes.
