Dale Arden Hotelling

Dale Arden Hotelling, 78, of Jonesborough, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026.

Dale was a proud veteran who honorably served his country. His military service was a source of pride throughout his life and reflected his dedication to his country. His service and sacrifice will always be remembered with gratitude and respect.

Above all, Dale leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. The love he shared with his children and grandchildren will remain a lasting part of his legacy, carried forward through the generations.

Left to cherish Dale's memory are his five children, Misty Jarrell and husband James, David Hotelling and wife Amy, Tammy Murwin and husband Loren, James Hotelling and wife Beth, and Jeffery Hotelling.

He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren, Daulton Jarrell, Delaney Jarrell, Brittany Hotelling, Andrew Hotelling, Alyssa Murwin, Taylor Murwin, Nathan Hotelling, Abigail Hotelling, Alex Deveney, Wyatt Hotelling, and Emalyn Hotelling.

Though Dale's earthly journey has come to an end, his memory will live on through the family he loved, the lives he touched, and the legacy of service he leaves behind.
