Damaar A. Isley

Damaar Isley, 50, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, August 18, 2025.

Damaar was a loving and kind hearted person. She was an avid fan of classic 80's "Brat Pack" movies (Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles etc.). Spending time with her family, especially the grandkids was a passion of hers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Mary Dunn; siblings, Deb Churchwell and husband Ray, Donnatella Marie Davis, Diane Dunn, Danny Dunn; nephew Preston Davis; and late husband, Donald Hunley Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dave Isley; sons, Brandon Hunley (Taylor) and Matthew Hunley; brothers, Darrell Dunn, Randall Dunn (Julia), Michael Dunn (Lorraine), and Dennis Dunn (Jean); sister, Durella Ward; grandchildren, Aubrey Hunley, Issac Hunley and Liam Hunley; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August, 30th between 3-6pm at Ridgeview Baptist Church located at, 234 Hurd Rd. Church Hill, TN 37642. Pastor Mike Owens will be officiating the service.

The family asks that everyone wear purple in honor of Damaar's favorite color.
