Daniel Stewart Vestal

Daniel "Danny" Stewart Vestal, 61, of Blountville, TN, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 10th, 2026.

Danny was born in Bristol, TN in 1964 and resided in the area all his life. He spent most of his life working for the City of Bristol Parks and Recreation Department where he started part time at the age of 16. For over 38 years he enjoyed his work and took great pride in his care of the city's parks as an Operator until his retirement in 2017.

When he wasn't working his real treasure was his family especially his grandchildren. Although he could be stern he had a soft heart. His family was his world and he would do anything for them.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Hilda (Smith) Vestal; brother, Donnie; sister, Sara.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lisa; sons, Cody and wife Breanna, Dillon; grandchildren, Eleanor and Samson; sister, Bessie McCracken.

A memorial service may be held at a later time.
