David Ray Robinson

DAVID RAY ROBINSON, age 69 of Lebanon, VA, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at his residence.

He was born June 3, 1956 in Lebanon, VA, a son of the late James Elmer and Mary Christine Robinson. In addition to his parents, David was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jim Robinson and Mikey Robinson; and two nephews, Justin Whited and Mikah Furrow.

David was a retired truck driver with E Dillion & Company. He was also a lifetime resident and member of Willis Chapel Church, where he made many friends throughout the years.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Kristina Larsen Robinson; two daughters, Nicki Robinson and partner John Pitts of Johnson City, TN and Shaunda Denny and partner Dustin Woods of Bristol, VA; two sons, William Johnson and partner Beth Johnson of Lebanon, VA, and Daniel Denny of Winston Salem, NC; two sisters, Donna Furrow of Roanoke and Carlene Robinson of Roanoke; one brother, Richard Robinson and partner Tonilyn Neal of Mendota, VA; one sister-in-law, Mary Robinson of Hillsville, VA; five grandchildren, Amber Uvalles and partner Aaron, Gabriel Pitts and partner Taylor, Jordan Johnson and partner Rachel, Trystin Denny, and Sonova Johnson; two great-granddaughters, Athena Uvalles and Elaysha Uvalles; eleven nieces and nephews; thirty-two great nieces and nephews; one great-great nephew; and two great-great nieces.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Willis Chapel Church, located at 309 Willis Chapel Circle, Lebanon, VA, on July 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends directly following the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude in his honor.
