March 21, 1965 — February 14, 2021
Debra Denise Dexter, age 55 of Kingsport, Tennessee Debra found peace and was reunited with her son, Stevie on February 14, 2021. Loving mother, grandmother and sister. Preceded in death by her parents, Norma and Fred; loving son, Stevie Tester. Survivors include son, Robbie Tester and family; siblings, Rhonda Tester and Buddy Runyon; and a host of other close family and friends. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the Dexter family.
