She was devoted to her church and her faith, which guided her life and the love she showed to others. She carried a quiet strength and a deep devotion to her son, always putting family at the center of her life. She will be remembered for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and the love she gave so freely. She is now free of pain and at peace.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gary Philbrick and Lora Lou Grammont Philbrick, and her husband, David Wood.

She is survived by her son, Caleb Wood. She is also survived by her siblings, Terri Duncan (Steve Duncan) and Robert Philbrick (Glenna Philbrick), as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
