Delmon Junior Ratliff

Delmon Junior Ratliff, 47, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Friday, August 2nd, 2019. Delmon was born in Virginia but lived most of his life in Kingsport. He was a kind person, had a lot of friends, and loved to walk around the community. He is survived by his fiance, Shelley Breed; friend of 25 years, Bobby Bullock. A memorial service Celebrating his Life will be held at 5pm on Wednesday August 7th at Shades of Grace UMC. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family.
