Dennis Jay Baird

Dennis Jay Baird, 70, of Johnson City, TN, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

He was born on April 2nd, 1955, in Elizabethton, TN, to the Late Paul and Anna Mae Baird. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Paul Baird Jr.; his sister, Ginger Ford; and his wife, Totianna Baird.

Dennis was first and foremost a man of God. He loved God and his family. Dennis was a very generous and giving man who always helped those in need. He had a great sense of humor and was ready with a joke and smile when you needed it the most.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Rachel Smith, Elisabeth Baird, Shawn Baird, Isaiah Baird, and Kayomi Baird; and a beloved granddaughter, Ysera Baird-Fagan.

A burial will take place at Happy Valley Memorial Park.
