Dennis Wayne Green

Dennis W. Green, 68, of Bluff City, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Dennis was born on February 19, 1958, to the late Ruby and Vernon Green. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Tony Green, and his sister, Gloria Frederick.

He leaves behind his son, Travis Green, whom he loved dearly. He is also survived by his sisters, Glenda Worley, Wanda Felty, Teresa Reynolds (Scott), and Melissa Grubbs; his brothers, Steve Green (Tammy) and Jeff Green; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will miss him deeply.

Dennis was the kind of person who never met a stranger. With his easygoing nature, warm smile, and quiet kindness, he had a way of making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. He enjoyed life’s simple pleasures and valued spending time with the people he loved.

One of Dennis’s greatest passions was riding his Harley-Davidson. Whether it was a short ride through the mountains or a long stretch of open highway, being on his motorcycle gave him a sense of freedom and peace that perfectly matched his spirit. Those who knew him will always picture him happiest with the wind at his back and the road ahead.

More than anything, Dennis will be remembered for the love he shared, the laughter he brought to family gatherings, and the genuine way he cared for others. His presence made life a little brighter, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Although our hearts are heavy with his passing, we find comfort in the countless memories he leaves behind. We will miss his smile, his stories, and his gentle spirit, but we know his journey continues beyond this life. May he forever ride free, and may his memory be a source of strength, comfort, and love for all who knew him.
