Diana Griffith

Diana Griffith, 76, of Kingsport, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. A truly precious and gentle soul, Diana was adored for her kindhearted nature, joyful spirit, and her remarkable ability to bring comfort and laughter to those around her.

She loved attending Way of Life Baptist Church in Kingsport, Tennessee, where her faith blossomed beautifully and consistently guided her every day. Diana found happiness in the simplest of moments-coloring vibrantly, tenderly playing with her baby dolls, and joyfully watching westerns on television. She absolutely cherished the holidays, especially Christmas and birthdays, when she would excitedly light up with childlike wonder. Halloween brought her pure delight as she lovingly sat on the porch, happily passing out candy to eager children, her heart full of laughter and joy.

Diana's love for children was immeasurable, and her sweet, affectionate personality made her beloved by all. She had a wonderful gift of talking to everyone, making friends wherever she went. While she was sweet, warm, and compassionate, her family lovingly remembers that you truly didn't want to make her mad-a spark of fiery determination showed her strength of character.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Griffith and Pauline Dennison; her half-sister, Rebecca Phillips; her brother, Jessie Dennison; and her nephews, Jimmy Cradic and Michael Cradic.

Dianna is survived by her deeply loving siblings: Rosie Dennison (Robbie), Rita Miller (Frank), Jimmy Dennison (Garnetta), Billy Dennison (Sue), Larry Griffith (Frita), and Annie Hammonds. She also leaves behind countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever treasure her memory. Special recognition goes to her compassionate caretakers, Kathy Cradic and Dallas, her cherished friend Francis Sims, and her beloved nephew Kaleb Humphrey, who all so faithfully and tenderly stood by her side.

Family and friends are invited to Trinity Memorial Centers on Friday, September 26th, 2025. Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM and a Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 PM.
