Donna is survived by two sons, Jay and Sam; and three grandchildren, Kylee, Jacob, and Jackson.
She was a loving mother and grandmother who fought hard each day to spend the next day with her family. On December 31 she had her last battle and can rest in peace. You will be loved and missed dearly.
There will be no service per her wishes.
