Donna Gail Collins

Donna Gail Collins "Mamaw Duckie", 71, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, of Kingsport, TN, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, September 21, 2026.

Donna devoted her life to the care and service of others as a nurse. She was devoted to the Lord and never wavered in her faith. Known to everyone as "Mamaw Duckie", she loved her faith, family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, C.M. Blackburn and Ada Byington, and Sherman and Thelma Blackburn; her brothers, Paul and Ron Blacburn; and her sister, Nancy Brooks.

Those left to cherish Donna's memory is her loving husband, Johnny Collins; her beloved daughter, Selena Keller Wolfe (Jason); adored grandsons, Terry Keller (Destiny), and Alex Keller (Ashley); treasured great-grandsons, Makua and Jack; three dear sisters, Linda Burke, Connie Henry, and Elaine Gilpin (Gary); her brother-in-law, Bennie Collins (Angel); and her best friend of 65 years, Debbie Simpson. She also leaves behind beloved nieces, nephews, and cousin; as well as extended family members and precious friends who were all touched by her love and light.

A visitation and celebration of Donna's beautiful life will be held at Trinity Memorial Centers on Monday, September 28th, 2026 from 4:00-5:00 P.M. A funeral service will follow, led by Pastors Paul Necessary, Ronnie Derrick, and Margaret Price. A graveside service will be at Oak Hill Memorial Park on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 at 11 A.M. Pallbearers are Terry Keller, Alex Keller, Cody Henry, Scottie Henry, Tyler Henry, Keith Henry, Timmy Henry, and Randy Head.
