Dorothy Mae Jennings
February 23, 1971 — December 19, 2025
Dorothy Mae Jennings, 54, of Gate City, VA, went home to be with Jesus and join her loved ones who passed before her, on Friday, December 19, 2025.
She was a homemaker and a wonderful wife.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, William and Hazel Harris; her Mamaw, Edna Smith.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Ralph Jennings; her sister, Betty Kerns and husband, Henry; her brother, Carl Wayne Harris and wife Joann; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Tipton's Chapel Church Cemetery, 2618 Bellamy Tipton Rd. in Gate City, VA, at 12:00PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. If you wish to attend, please meet the family at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please make any donations to family members.
