Earl Duane Williams, born on October 21, 1953, went on to be with the Lord on October 18, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Duane was a lifelong resident of Kingsport, TN where he was a minister, teacher and worship leader for over 40 years. He also, had the pleasure to minister the word of God overseas in Haiti, Russia, and Romania.

Duane loved serving others, wanting to help in any way he could. He learned many trades and skills to better accommodate the needs of his community. He was a collector, loved history, painting, art, song and book writing, and enjoyed his time as an auctioneer.

Duane was preceded in death by his father Earl Williams, his mother Mable Williams, his brother Roger Williams, step-son Quint Huffman, brothers-in-law Larry and Don Mason.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 22 years Sharon Williams, his step-daughter Dionna Huffman Riecke (Travis) of MO, his step-son Dane S. Huffman (CariAnne) of MO, his nephew Hunter Williams (LaDonna) of Kingsport, sisters-in-law Yong Williams, Lynn Darnell (Jon), brothers-in-law Jack (Dianne) and Henry (Connie) Mason. He was blessed with 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to Service at New Horizons Ministries, 900 Delrose Dr., in Kingsport, Tennessee, on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
