In Loving Memory of Edward Woodlief

Edward Woodlief, 54, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on September 5, 2026, following a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Edward was born on December 2, 1971, in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, to Roy E. Woodlief Jr., who preceded him in death, and Patricia Young. Edward leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and memories that will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

For 34 years, Edward shared a beautiful life and marriage with his devoted wife, Theresa (Roehm) Woodlief. Together, they built a life filled with family, love, and countless memories that Theresa will forever hold close to her heart.

Left to cherish and honor Edward's memory are his beloved daughters, Jessica White-Woodlief and Ashley (Woodlief) Martin, along with his much-adored granddaughter, who brought great joy to his life. He will also be deeply missed by his brother, David Woodlief and his wife, Kimberly, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loved ones.

Edward was a hardworking man who spent many years owning and operating a tree service company in Pennsylvania. After moving to Tennessee, he began a new chapter in his life as an OTR truck driver, a career that took him many miles.

Outside of work, Edward had a love for the things that brought him enjoyment and gave him something to look forward to. He was an avid collector of Mustangs, enjoyed the excitement of NASCAR, and remained a devoted fan of his beloved Philadelphia Eagles. These interests, along with the time he spent with his family, are among the many things that will bring fond memories to those who knew him.

Edward's memory will live on through the people he loved and the lives he touched. The love he shared with his wife, daughters, granddaughter, brother, and extended family will remain a lasting part of his legacy.

A private celebration of Edward's life will be held at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honor Edward's memory may make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
