Elbert Zeb Norris

Elbert Zeb Norris, 61, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. He was a treasured loving son. He is preceded in death by his father Ephraim Zeb Norris; his maternal grandmother Lillian Williams; paternal grandmother Lou Dean Norris; and his grandfathers CP Hartsock and Elbert Norris. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Mechelle Norris; mother Rita Morris; sister Haviland Norris and son Carter; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
