Ella V. Justus

Ella V. Justus, age 87, of Kingsport, TN, went home to be with the Lord on June, 5th 2026. She was surrounded by her family as she left this world.

She was born on July 8th, 1938 to Jefferson Davis Fields and Maddie Martha Hicks Fields.

Ella will be remembered for her love for Jesus Christ and her love for her family. Ella always wanted to be at church. She was of the Apostolic faith. Anyone Ella saw she told them about Jesus Christ and tried to get them to go to church. She loved spending time with her family and playing phase 10. She loved singing and making pumpkin-rolls.

She is Survived by her Husband Curtis Justus, Her Daughters & Son in laws Anita & Allen Hensley, Karen & Steve Darnell. Donna White & Lori Huey. Her Bonus Children Craig, Dewayne, Shannon, & Mark Justus. Her Grandchildren Lynn, Steve & Sarah White, Justin White, Jonathan & Amanda White. Joseph Darnell Stephanie & Eric Coates. Blake & Victoria O'Quinn. Jacob & Haylee Darnell. Megean & Justin Shade, Allen Ray Hensley II. Curtis Allen, Nicholas, Aubrey, Kayla, Brice, & Aaron Justus Mercy Justus. Great Grandchildren Blakely & Michaela White, Wynter, Autumn, Alex, Cassidy, & Jaina Darnell. Bently Coates, Emma, Jonah, Madelyn, & Maci O'Quinn. Dyllan Hensley, Willow Shade. Dakota, Stephanie, Paige & Peyton White, Chandria & Bronson White, Kaylee, Lily, & Caroline. James & John Michael Ray. Her Great Great Grandson Dominic Belcher.

She is preceded in death by her father & mother Jefferson Davis Fields, Maddie Martha Hicks Fields, Her brothers & sisters Berma, Gains, Mertle, Jeff, Emily, Wayne (Dub), Her sons Ernie, Randy, & Scotty White Her Grandson Kevin Darnell.

Visitation will be held at Westview church of Jesus Christ 1521 Charles St. Kingsport, TN 37660 on Sunday June 7th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Service to follow with Pastor Mike Mellons and Assistant Pastor Chad Byington.

Graveside service will be held on Monday, June 8th at 1:00 pm at Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery 5395 E. Carters Valley Rd Gate City Va 24251. Those wishing to attend will meet at the cemetery.
