Gate City - Elmer Ray Hartgrove, age 81, of Yuma, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at his residence. He was a beloved husband and father. Survivors include is wife of 57 years, Rachelle Hartgrove. Sons, Mike Hartgrove and Eddie Hartgrove. Daughter, Donna Sampson. Special Sister-In-Law, Elizabeth Croy. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
