Elsie Mae Falin, better known as Sis, 65, of Knoxville TN, went to her eternal peace on Monday, November 25th after a lengthy illness and a brief battle with cancer.

She grew up and spent most of her life in Scott County VA, Where she was a homemaker, mother, wife and devoted friend. She loved fishing, crafting, playing cards with family, but most of all she loved her critters. She was of the Babtist faith, where in 1990 she gave her life to God. She never met a stranger if someone needed help all they had to do was ask.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Julia Statzer; Brothers Randy, Bobby, Lester and Billy Statzer; Beloved husband Lonnie Falin; Specail niece Valerie Statzer; and two angel grandbabies.

Left to cherish her memory are her Partner of 17 years Leonard "Lenny" Epps; Daughter and son-in-law Misty and Harold Byington; Son and daughter-in-law Michael and Louisa Falin; Grandsons Seth, Kenneth, Alex and Isaiah Falin; Step daughter Shelia Henley and her children Michaela and Issiac Henley; Second Daughter and family friend Amanda Dillon; Best Friend and Sister of 54 years Rowena Pearcy.

The family will recieve friends at Trinity Memorial Center on Tuesday, December 3rd from 6pm to 8pm with the family officiating.
