Erika Irene Leininger

Erika Irene Leininger, 61, of Fall Branch, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on February 24, 2026, with her beloved husband, Kurt Leininger, by her side.

Erika was a woman of gentle spirit and kind heart, whose warmth touched all who had the privilege of knowing her. She earned her associate degree in Medical Office Technology from Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon, and carried that same dedication and care into every aspect of her life. Erika's sweet nature and genuine compassion made her deeply loved by her family and cherished by friends. Her presence brought comfort, and her memory will continue to be a source of strength to those who knew her.

She leaves behind her devoted husband, Kurt Leininger; her loving mother, Marlene Franke; her brothers, John and Keith Franke; and her extended family, including Shawn Leininger, his wife Mary, their children, and grandchildren, all of whom held a special place in Erika's heart.

In accordance with her wishes, Erika will be cremated, and her ashes will remain at the Leininger home she loved so dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Christ Fellowship Church in Kingsport on Sunday, April 12, at 2:00 p.m., where family and friends will gather to honor and remember her beautiful life.

Erika will be deeply missed, but her love and gentle spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
