In the early morning of October 30th, 2025, Floyd Lee Lemons Jr. was reunited in death with
his beloved parents, Delta and Floyd Lemons Sr.
Floyd proudly served on active duty in the U.S. Navy during Desert Storm. Following his
service, he met the love of his life, Elizabeth, with whom he shared 30 wonderful years of
marriage. Together, they built a beautiful family and a life filled with laughter, love, and
unwavering devotion.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Lemons, their children Lilliana Lemons, Jacob Lemons,
and Danielle Lemons, and his four cherished grandchildren - Jace Lemons, Isabella
Lemons, Dillon Lemons, and Jasper Price.
Floyd was a loving husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, and a friend to all. He was a
man who never met a stranger, known for his easy smile, big heart, and the way he could make
anyone feel at home. Those who knew him will remember his love for hunting, watching MMA,
and cheering on his beloved Miami Hurricanes. But above all, Floyd's greatest joy and purpose
in life was his family - they were his passion and his drive.
The family asks that those attending the viewing and celebration of Floyd's life please wear
orange or green in honor of his favorite team. Floyd never wanted tears or sorrow; he wanted
his life to be celebrated with joy, laughter, and good memories.
Viewing service details will be announced at a later date.
