Frances Joanne Frongillo, 93, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
She is preceded by her husband, Robert Frongillo; and son William Sidney McFarland.
She is survived by her daughter Johanna J. Ferris; grandchildren, Chadwick A. Brooks and wife Jodie, Jennifer J. Brooks; great grandchild, William F. Brooks; nephew, Robert Pearman and wife Etta.
Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, May 12th, 1:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church 100 W. Church Circle, Kingsport, Tn.
