Franklin “Frankie” Douglas Collette July 24 1967- October 27 2020 Franklin “Frankie” Douglas Collette of Kingsport Tennessee, passes away early Tuesday morning where he resided at Kingston Assistant Living for a few years of declining health problems. Frankie is preceded by his mother, Dorothy Robinson, step dad Barney Robinson, Father Buford Collette sr., brother Buford Collette jr. Frankie is survived by his sisters, Anita Smallwood Kingsport, Tennessee, Colleen and husband James Allen , Atlanta , Ga. Several nieces and nephews and uncle and aunt and cousins.
