Gale Thomas Douglas

Gale Thomas "Tommy" Douglas, 80, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence & Stella Douglas; his sisters, Peggy Barbour, Ilene Miser; and his sister-in-law, Shelly Douglas.

Those left to cherish Tommy's memory are his daughter, Rebecca (Mike) Leahy; his grandson, Adam Douglas; the mother of his daughter, Judy Douglas; his brothers, Walter "Lynn" (Sue) Douglas, and Ronnie Douglas; his sister, Bennie Sue Sutton; his brothers-in-law, Carl "Crickett" Barbour, and Tommy Joe Miser; and his special sister-in-law, Jilda Gilliam; as well as many nieces, nephews, and special friends.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
