Gary Alan Lemons

Gary Lemons, 75, of Bluff City, TN, passed away on April 20, 2026, surrounded by his loving wife and family. Born on May 28, 1950, in Kingsport, TN, Gary enjoyed fishing, hunting, tinkering with old cars and boats, cooking, winemaking, and spending time with his family.

Gary is survived by his wife, Leigh Anne Lemons; his daughters, Amy Dutton, Kimberly Bussa, and Angie Hinton; his sons, Jared Light and Zeke Reed; and his beloved grandchildren, Freddie, Isaias, Kayla, Lucas, Kyrsten, Riley, Jaxson, Izabella & Liam, along with many other family members and friends who will dearly miss him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Chester Lemons of Kingsport, TN; his sister, Frances Boyd; and his daughter, Heather Light and grandsons Taylor Ibarro and Micheal Swafford.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
