Heather Nicole Carter

Heather Nicole Carter, 46, of Rogersville, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

Heather lived life out loud. She loved music, dancing, and having fun, and she was always up for a good time. With her vibrant personality and contagious energy, she had a way of bringing joy into every room she entered. Heather's laughter and spirit made moments brighter and memories unforgettable.

Above all, she cherished her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She was also a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan and never missed a chance to cheer on her team.

She is preceded in death by her father, Rickey Carter; her stepfather, John Harrison; her grandparents, Bud & Deloris Ricker, Billy & Helen Carter, and Freda Belt; and her special aunt, Wanda Burnett.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Karen Harrison; her children, JJ Harrison (Katie), Nikki Brantner (Scott), and Ashley Harrison; her grandchildren, Wyatt Harrison, Walker Harrison, Silas Brantner, Navy Brantner, Sylvia Brantner, Kalijah Burton, Zyland Burton; her sisters, Tara Carter, Kelly Luttrell (Jamie), and Christian Lashae; her loving boyfriend, John Burnett; her aunts, Cindy Hensley, Cathy Hogan, Janie Norton, and Lisa Hilton; her uncles, Gary Ricker, Chris Ricker, Roger Ricker (Lela), and Bruce Belt; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and several cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, December 21st, 2025 from 1:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. at the Andrew Johnson Women's Clubhouse in Greeneville, TN.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in honor of Heather.
