Iman Hairston

Iman Hairston, 49, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his father, Percy Hairston, Jr.; his step-mother, Eva Hairston; his brother, Marichel Hairston; and his nephew, Bryson Hairston.

Those left to cherish Iman's memory are his mother, Phyllis Foster; his sister, Percetta Hairston Releford; his brother, Percy Hairston; his nieces, Anna Wilson, Miracle Morrison, Madison Pedigrew, Gabrielle McDonald, and Oshya Tugman; his nephews, Adrian Robinson, Joequan London, Kory Anderson, and Drayton Hairston; great nephew, Phillip Bradley; his great-nieces, Ayla, Aniya, and Allora; special brother in law, Mike Releford; his special family friends, Regina Greene and Kelli Gayfield; as well as many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

A memorial service to honor Iman will be held at Shades of Grace UMC in Downtown Kingsport, Tennessee on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 at 12:30 P.M., with Pastor Will Shewey officiating.
