Janet Sue Phibbs, 76, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2018 surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Basil and Opal Arbough. She is survived by her son, Phil Rader; daughter, Chantay Rader Arnold; grandchildren, Evan Arnold, Ashlee Arnold and Austin Rader; great grandchildren, Charlee Arnold, Taylor Arnold and Porter Pratt. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family of Janet Phibbs.
