Janice Ann English

Janice English, 80, of Fall Branch, Tennessee, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 18, 2026, following a short illness.

Janice was born on January 6, 1946, in Fall Branch, Tennessee, to Haynes and Reba Jones. Janice never met a stranger. She had a warm, welcoming heart, was a friend to everyone she encountered, and was loved by so many. She was always thinking of others and was quick to offer a helping hand in whatever way she could. Her kindness, generosity, and caring spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Janice dedicated many years of her career to Eastman Chemical Company, until her retirement in 2005. Her greatest pride and joy were her two sons, Kip and Jeff, and her grandchildren, whom she loved deeply and cherished every opportunity to spend time with. In 2008, Janice married her love, Gale English. Through their marriage, she lovingly embraced his family as her own. Janice was a faithful member of Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Fall Branch, where her faith in the Lord was an important part of her life and where she cherished the fellowship of her church family. She found great joy in cooking and was known as a mother figure, always making sure everyone was well-fed and felt welcome. She also loved fishing and the peaceful moments by the water.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Haynes and Reba Jones; her brother, Jerry Jones; and her sisters, Connie Moore and Peggy Hope Connor.

Those left to cherish Janice's memory are her loving husband, Gale English; her sons, Jeff (Pat) Morelock, Kip Morelock; her step-son, Chris (Danielle) English; her step-daughter, Amber (Mark) Zaremskas; her grandchildren, Tabitha (Steven) Davidson, Derick Morelock, Gavin & Ava English, and Brooke & Lindsey Zaremskas; and her great-grandchildren, Lucas Morelock and Kingslee Davidson; along with many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to honor Janice's life will be held on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, at Cornerstone Fellowship Church of Fall Branch, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 P.M., with service to follow. Officiating will be Pastor Harold Morelock, with speakers Lester Morelock & Ronnie Baxter.

The family would like to extend a special Thank You for the phone calls, food, and to those who dedicated their time during Janice's illness, especially Doris, Pat, Mitzi, Lori, and Tonya.
