Janice Faye Fannon

JaniceFaye Fannon, 82, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the lord and received her wings on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend.

Janice loved to travel, shop and see many places throughout the years. She was proud to be a bus driver for Central buses. She also took great pride in safely getting her kids to and from home everyday.

Her greatest accomplishments were her boys Rick and Chuck along with her granddaughter "Mandy"and her great-grandsons Tucker and David. She loved being a grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Jessie Barnes, Lula Mae Spears and bonus father, Rant Spears; brother, Jimmy Barnes; sister, Patsy Whitaker; brother, Bobby Barnes; sister-in-law, Ann Barnes, niece, Becky Repass; and nephews, David Whitaker and Randy Barnes.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Rick McClellan, Chuck McClellan; grandaughter, Amanda McClellan; great-grandchildren, Tucker and David; sister, Peggy Skeens and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private.
