Jessica Rochelle McMurray

Jessica Rochelle McMurray, 37, of Kingsport, TN, gained her angel wings on Friday, July 3, 2026, after an extended illness.

Those left to cherish Jessy's memory are her 2 daughters, Elli Grace and Anna Brynn McMurray; her mother, Donna Haynes Devault and stepfather, Robert "Bob" Devault; her brother, Jackson (Noel) McCurry; her uncle, Stephen Haynes; her estranged husband, Randall McMurray; her father, Craig McCurry; her very special friends, Hunter McConnell and Lesley Powers; her fur buddies, Bean and Ace; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeremy McCurry; her maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Imogene Haynes; her paternal grandparents, Jack and Lois McCurry; and her special uncle, Lenny Haynes.

It was Jessica's wishes to be cremated with a private family burial.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Salvadore of Vanderbilt Hospital and the ICU doctors and nurses of Ballad Health for their care of Jessica.
