Jo Ann Flanary

Jo Ann Flanary, 60, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Friday, February 18th, 2022. Jo Ann worked as head florist at Kroger for 36 years. She had a love for all flowers especially the ones in her home garden. She was a very strong, courageous, and loving woman. She will be greatly missed by all. She was preceded by both her parents, Joe Gibson and Betty Quillen Gibson; sister, Edna Wyatt Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Roger Flanary; daughter, Makayla Flanary; sister, Brenda (Jim) Holston; brother, Rick (Karen) Gibson; brothers in law, Scott (Polly) Flanary, Eddie (Pat) Flanary, and Dexter (Dianne) Flanary; sister in law, Teresa (Robert) Price; several nieces and nephews A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, February 24th, 2022 at 6 pm at Colonial Heights Baptist Church. Dr. Greg Burton will be officiating. Music and Pictures will be provided by Logan Harris Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the Flanary family.
