Joe Ray Partridge

Joe Ray Partridge, 86, of Mt. Carmel, TN, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2019. Joe was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in the Korean War. After he retired as an air traffic controller in California, he volunteered for over 20 years at local libraries. 12 of those years were spent at the Church Hill Library. Joe was a lifelong L.A. Dodgers fan. He was proceeded in death by his parents; twin brother, Jim; and younger brother, Raymond. Joe is survived by his wife, Beverly of 67 years; brother, Billy; children, Mike (Judy), Randy (Karen), and Lori (Wyndell); 5 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Church Hill Public Library. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family.
