John Alan Cureton

John Alan Cureton, 64, of Bulls Gap, TN, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
Alan was born to Earl and Jeanette Cureton in Newport, TN. A lifelong resident of Tennessee, Alan worked at Meritor in Morristown, TN for over twenty years. He retired and enjoyed his time collecting arrowheads, among many other things, as well as fishing. Alan had a daughter, Sarah, and granddaughter, Blakelyn whom he loved and cherished.
In addition to his parents, Alan is preceded in death by his brother, Tom Cureton.
He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Cureton and her fiance' Nelson Hensley; granddaughter, Blakelyn Cureton; sisters, Amy Distefano (Sam) and Elaine Cureton; several nephews.
A Celebration of Alan's life will be planned at a later date.
