John Bowser, 66, of Cleveland, VA, walked through the gates of Heaven on June 3, 2026.
He was born on July 24, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois. John loved his motorcycles and fast cars. He was a truck driver for many years and was an amazing mechanic. John was a very loved man who also loved his family and friends. John loved to shoot pool and sing karaoke. John loved to tell jokes and loved to keep his company laughing. He also enjoyed throwing his nieces and nephews up in the air just to watch them smile and laugh.
John is preceded in death by his wonderful and loving mother, Carol Bowser; his brothers, Tommy, Hank, and Boo (Bill) Bowser; as well as his son, Mario Bocanegra.
Those left to cherish his memory are his two sisters, Jody Bowser and Wendy Austin; his daughters, Shannon Crapia and Lacey Hasting; his lifelong friend and love, Lori Rock.
John also had many nieces and nephews, Carol Bowser, Krystal Chambers, Ashley Bowser, Toni Sage, John (Bubba) Bowser, Brandon Bowser, and Hank Sterling; as well as multiple grandchildren, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. John always had a very special bond with his great-niece, Alexis Anzalone and great-nephew, Matthew Anzalone.
The family would like to remind everyone that John would not want anyone to be sad and cry over his passing. He is now back with his mother and is celebrating with his brothers. Instead, have a drink in his memory, sing, dance, and talk about the amazing and memorable moments.
