Justin Ray Stallard, 19, went to his eternal resting place after a motor vehicle accident on Thursday (August 21). He enjoyed motorcycles, riding horses, fishing, and four wheeling. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Stallard Jr.; and his maternal grandmother, Jackie Wright. He is survived by his loving grandparents, Nellie Lucille and Ray Stallard of Kingsport, TN; his mother, Crystal Dawn Yakley, of Kingsport, TN; his half-sister, Hannah Casteel of Kingsport, TN; uncles, Johnny Stallard and Phillip Tipton, both of Kingsport, TN; aunt, Toni Tipton, of Kingsport, TN; and a host of other close family and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday (August 25) from 1 to 2 p.m. in the chapel at Trinity Memorial Centers.
